Mine is “Sweet Potato Pie.”  I also really like “Live From Across The Pond,” but he’s got so many other good ones it’s hard to say which is a second favorite.

Mine is, with any doubt, Twenty. Most of the tracks are amazing!

Mine is Strong Persuader, mainly because it is where it all began for me.

It’s between Take Your Shoes Off and Sweet Potato Pie.  I hope he plays Tollin’ Bells at the Albany concert.  That is my favorite song!  He is the man!
He has been my favorite blues man for the past 20 years besides the late Stevie V.
How does one obtain back stage passes?  I have 3rd row seats.  I am so psyched!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well if you don’t count the greatest hits/live albums then for me it is of course ‘Strong Persuader’ not just because it was the first time I heard RC but also because I think it is the album that defines his greatest sound for me and most of his greatest tunes, ‘right next door’, ‘smoking gun’, ‘i guess I showed her’.....the list goes on…...

However a VERY close second and probably the album of his I listen to most is ‘Twenty’...... certainly his best effort of recent times for sure.

Also an honourable mention for ‘False Accusations’ - great, great album…... guess I am kind of ‘old school’ with his music….

For me, it’s gotta be ‘Twenty’ - this was such a breath of fresh air when it arrived, and showed just how versatile Robert is, and his band.

The title track is just great, and thought provoking.

Looking forward to July 7th 2010 - Robert Cray at the Barbican in London!!!!!

Midnight Stroll - by far is the best album and a true Blues classic. “Forecast calls for pain” says it all.
